At Virgin Hair & Beauty, we strive for complete satisfaction with your premium hair extensions. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process for products in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  • 2.
    Inspect the Hair

    Ensure the hair extensions are still attached to the original carding and the hygiene seals are intact, as we cannot accept opened or handled products.

  • 3.
    Package and Ship

    Securely pack your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our specified returns facility using a tracked service.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
